Reporting an error

Tell us the page, the salary, tax code and KiwiSaver rate you entered, the figure shown and the figure you expected, with its source if you have one: a payslip line or an Inland Revenue statement. Please do not send your IRD number, bank details or full documents; the numbers are enough.

Questions about your own situation

We cannot give personal tax advice. For your tax and student loan, Inland Revenue answers through myIR and its phone lines; for ACC levies, ACC; for employment rights such as holidays and minimum wage, Employment New Zealand.
